Looking for my family

I currently live in West Wales, however my great great great grandfather Thomas was born in Saxmundham on the 28th August 1841. His father was William Peek who married Sarah Sampson at the parish church in Saxmundham on the 23rd November 1840. Sarah was the daughter of George and Barbara Sampson (nee Emerson)who as far as I can see had 5 other children Eliza, John, Robert, Emily and William. Can anybody please assist me with my search?
