Lambert and Carter

I am interested in talking to anyone who might have gone to school or know of Frank and Rose Lambert who lived at 17 Park Avenue in Saxmundham. Rose had three sons Victor, Ernie. and Arthur. I am not sure if they went by the last name of Lambet or Carter.
I would love to know if anyone might have a picture of the above family.
